That welds a plastic film around shoes; it has been developed for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, food manufacturing plants and similar areas,

 where hygiene and cleanliness is necessary. 

The PVC film will be cut into one piece, which will come out and shrin around the shoe under heat when the machine works.
