Chemical Name: potassium salt of 6-methyl-1, 2, 3oxathiazin-4(3H)-one-2,2-dioxide

Characteristics:
White crystalline powder
With high saccharinity, 200 times that of 3% solution of colonial sugar
With high water-solubility; odorless; without moist absorbability, and with good stability of heat and acid
Can reduce production costs and longer shelf life
Producing no calory and won't be metabolized. It is the ideal sweetening agent for middle age or senior people, abnormally fat people, and diabetic patients.
